Asif Zaman

Prior to joining PPC, Mr. Zaman was a senior executive at SK Capital, where he focused on investments in the healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, and specialty materials sectors. Prior to SK Capital, Mr. Zaman was with Crestview Partners and Lazard’s Special Situations Group, where he executed investments in the healthcare services, specialty materials, media & telecom, and financial services sectors. Mr. Zaman has extensive experience in restructuring, distressed credit, and corporate preparedness/takeover defense. Mr. Zaman currently sits on the boards of Life Science Outsourcing, OrthoMed Anesthesia and Graham Engineering. Mr. Zaman also serves on the Board of Trustees of Blythedale Children’s Hospital.
