PPC identified Inframark – at the time doing business as Severn Trent North America and owned by Severn Trent PLC (LSE: SVT) – through a longstanding partnership focused on sourcing transactions in the environmental services sector. PPC navigated a challenging cross-border process between London, Canada, and the U.S. to win a limited auction for a carveout of the company from its prior parent, Severn Trent PLC.
